Got the sneezes.

It's allergy time again!

We made makizushi again this weekend, this time with cooked salmon and cucumber. I was afraid that the salmon would fall out of the roll when I cut it, but it thankfully stayed put. I admit that cooked fish doesn't have the same visual and textural appeal as the raw stuff in sushi, but it still was pretty tasty. Never mind that I got a horrible stomachache late last night right before I went to bed. I don't think it was the sushi. I ate lentil dal and roasted potatoes with southwestern spices this weekend. I think it was the potatoes that did me in.
