Hey now!

I cannot believe how high those Suikoden books I had Kristen put up on eBay for me went for! O_O I know, one man's trash is another man's treasure, but jeez! Now that I think of it, they were pretty hard to find. I'm still having a hard time believing it, though. Gack!

That should help me pay off Anise! I still owe Kristen a little money, but I should be done paying her back by the end of next month. I wonder if there's anything else I can dig up to sell? There's that first Suikoden fanbook...damn, if only I hadn't had to buy that Utena DVD at the beginning of the month! I just thought that since it took so long to come out, it would sell out pretty quickly. Huum.....

I put the teal green 18mm eyes in Anise. They look kind of funny in the larger size, probably because the whites of the eyes are grayish as opposed to white. I guess it's more realistic that way, but she looks like she's in the middle of an allergy attack! I guess I'll get used to them eventually. I've been using 16mm eyes for so long, 18mm seem strangely big to me.

I mentioned briefly (somewhere) that Kristen and I are thinking of, instead of getting Mimi, getting a FCS F-08 girl for our birthday in October. Or at least trying to get one! I still want Mimi, but after buying Fuuka I wonder if I shouldn't jump into ordering another anime-style SD? It would take a lot of planning and some sacrifices (ha ha!). But it's a dream, and sometimes it's better to have a far-fetched plan for the future rather than spend time and money jumping from one thing to another. Even if we end up not being able to do it, at least thinking about it will stop us from wasting our money on little things. Right?

I've been sewing a lot more than usual. Unfortunately, now I'm out of snaps! I'm going to make a pair of pajamas for each of our SDs. I've already done Anise's, and I thinking of doing Saffron's in strawberry print, Fuuka's in a light floral and Miyako's in the same dark red I made her dress out of so long ago. ^_^ I know, pajamas are kind of dumb, but it's cold outside, and everything would seem much more cheerful and cozy if all the dolls had pajamas!

There's not much point to thinking too much about it now, but Kristen and I discussed getting our FCS doll with blue-green eyes. I'm not sure if we can really do this, but I guess we'll be able to eventually. What's the problem in brainstorming?

Yay for pajamas! I think it's a perfectly natural thing to do. =^-^= In fact, not only do I want pajamas for my SD but terrycloth robes, too. Ha! =^_^= Will you ever make clothes to sell? =^.^=?

Aaaah, everyone's getting the F-08. (Well, everyone's starting to get the F-04 head, too, but I think that one's frightening. =^^=;;) I think I would like a modified version better, that long forehead is really bothersome! But I bet your girl would be lovely. =^_^=

Aren't SD just the best?

^_____^ I was thinking of making some SD pajamas to sell, but I need to buy some snaps first. I still need to try out a full-size version, but the mini SD ones fit really well.

A terry cloth robe would be really cute! I wonder if there's a pattern somewhere for 1/6 scale dolls? It would be a start!

I actually don't like the F-04 head at all. I know it's really popular, but it makes me think of Michael Jackson for some reason. ^__^; I just fell in love with the F-08 head over the past couple of weeks. It does have a high forehead, though, doesn't it? I would love to get one with blue-green or light gray eyes and a soft curl wig in mixed wine(it's one of the wigs on the main Volks online shop page). It's just a dream for now, but I hope I can place the order for my birthday. I think I'd deserve a prize for turning 25, anyway!

Whoo hoo, pajamas for my SD! =^__^=! If you find a pattern for a robe (or devise one?), I'd love to know about it. I've been tempted to get an American Girls one, but they're always baby pink, too wide, and too short. =~.~=

I can understand falling in love with the F-08. It is pretty, particularly Jujube's dolls. =*_*= Wow. But then she can make anything look good, can't she? =^^=; Your choices sound perfectly lovely, and I really do hope you can get her! Reaching twenty-five is a good reason to treat yourself to a beautiful doll. =^.^= (Heh heh, does this mean I get to order an SD for my twenty-first birthday? =^.~=)

I'll give it all my best shot! I should try at least sewing a pajama top for Fuuka in the next couple of days just to see how it would look... the pants take like 20 minutes to make, anyway ^___^!

I know that Jujube modified two of her F-08 heads, but I'm hoping that the head will look nice unmodified, too. Aimee's Marina hasn't been modified, as far as I know, and she's really pretty. Someone from DOA just got a FCS F-08 girl, and she was gorgeous. I hope that if I get one she comes out that nice! I love the way Jujube makes up SDs, and I hope they can do something at least a little like that ^_^;;....

21 is a pretty big milestone, isn't it? I admit I haven't imbibed that much since I turned 21, but it really is the age you're considered an adult!

Mweh heh heh...I hear you can't rent a car until you turn 25. That's something I can look forward to! =_=
