In Autumn Dress.

Iobelle in White. by Leenechan
Iobelle in White., a photo by Leenechan on Flickr.

I think it's interesting how cooler temperatures can affect a rose's color. I know that cold weather can give pink and yellow roses dark pink streaks, so it's strange that the same weather can make the bi-color Iobelle almost white.

This is the first blossom from this rose that actually has a fragrance. It smells like tea with a hint of apple, very nice! That flower is also 4 1/2 inches across. Iobelle never fails to impress me.
