Bring the Dead To Life!

I just got a refill for my long-departed Parker ballpoint pen.

More crappiness happened today. I'll try not to dwell on it, but it's hard to ignore when someone throws a Snapple bottle at your parents' windshield and breaks it!

Last night I could've sat around moping. Instead I stayed up too late and watched Rock'N Roll High School on TV. Mwah hah haaaah....please never let me make that mistake again!

Sooo....not too long before we find out whether or not Harry Potter kicks the bucket? I had almost forgotten. I'm not too concerned about what happens in Book Seven, even though I am looking forward to reading it. What happens happens, as far as I'm concerned. We might not be satisfied with the ending, but all in all it's been a hell of a trip for us Harry Potter fans. We can at least feel grateful to J.K. Rowling for grabbing and holding our attention for so long! XD

I had sushi tonight. It was good but I found a fish bone in my spicy tuna handroll! At least that means it was real fish.

I want to find out whoever threw a bottle at my parents' car and set them on fire. It also got hit by a golf ball a few days earlier. The first thing my brother said when he heard about this one was, "Do you have some kind of racial slur sticker on the bumper?"

I'm almost hoping Harry dies but I'm really morbid that way. I love character death. I haven't put any money on it but I do have some small-time bets on some other things I'm pretty darn sure will happen.

I've been being amazed that one person could write a story that thousands of people all over the world are following. That's a powerful thing! I'd hate to be Rowling though...no matter what she does in Book 7 she's going to end up with absolutely psychotic stalkers, I bet. o___o;;;

Speaking of psychotic stalkers...I hope some crazy isn't out to destroy your folks' car! Geez...that's scary!

I admit, I'm starting to love the morbid in my old age, too. ^o ^ Either way, there's no humanity in writing if there's no death. If think JKR has done a respectable job with offing characters so far.

I didn't start reading until after Book 3 came out but I'm enjoying being part of the mass hysteria that is Harry Potter. I think that Jo Rowling's going to have to wear a bullet-proof vest after the last book comes out, though!

The car incidents happened in completely different areas during rush hour traffic (one on the highway, the other on a side street), so I don't know about stalkers. My mother said she came to a quick stop right before the bottle was thrown so I'm guessing it was road rage. But if someone in the car behind you throws a bottle out the driver-side window, how could it hit the back window dead center? My parents didn't see anybody throw anything. It could've even been from an apartment window. I know their car is kind of an ugly shade of green, but other than that, I don't know why anyone would do something like that.

Thank God we don't live anywhere near where they work. If they had caught the guy, he'd be charged with assault with a deadly weapon, but the police say they can't do anything.
